High-recycled-content thermoplastic elastomers

About
Headquartered in
SAINT LÉGER DES LINIÈRES
,
France

Elastever develops thermoplastic elastomer formulations from recycled materials, particularly thermosetting elastomer powders. These materials come primarily from end-of-life tires and used shoes. We produce these materials in granular form suitable for injection molding, extrusion, or molding. Our materials are characterized by: - A very high recycled content (>70%) - 100% recyclability - A hardness between 50 shA and 90 shA - A price comparable to the least expensive elastomers on the market Our materials are manufactured in our factory in France. They can be used directly as a replacement for virgin materials by plastics manufacturers on their existing machines. In addition to our catalog materials, Elastever can develop custom formulations to meet your specific needs.
