"Lignum manufactures functional biofilters (SSEIF®) for a wide range of industries, particularly in rubbers and plastics. SSEIF® shows excellent dispersion, MI, and surface properties in extrusion, injection, and blowing processes. SSEIF® is produced from FSC-certified biomass and is 100% bio-based material. Lignum has recently earned the USDA-certified biobased product label. Customers can manufacture lightweight and eco-friendly rubber or plastic products by using SSEIF® biofillers. Lignum is a start-up founded in South Korea in 2017 and has recently completed a pilot plant with an annual production capacity of 300 tons.
